1. THE SERVICES & DIGITAL PRODUCTS

By purchasing from Gloria Corazza, you are acquiring digital content, software, templates, or bundled third-party training courses (collectively referred to as "Digital Products").

2. DELIVERY AND ACCESS TIMELINE

• Instant Access Products: Certain digital products (or 1:1 services or calls) are delivered to your email immediately upon successful payment confirmation.

• Managed/Partner Products (Bundles): For products requiring account creation on external Skool platforms, access is manually processed. Provided that you complete the mandatory Student Onboarding Form with valid verification data, access credentials will be delivered to your email within 24 to 72 hours of purchase.

3. ABSOLUTE NO-REFUND POLICY & WAIVER OF WITHDRAWAL (ART. 59 CODICE DEL CONSUMO)

Due to the immediate digital nature and consumption of our Digital Products, and in accordance with Article 59, letter (o) of the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo), ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

By executing your payment, you explicitly request immediate execution of the contract and acknowledge that you completely waive your 14-day right of withdrawal (Diritto di Recesso).

No refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstances once the digital provisioning process has been initiated.

4. MANDATORY STUDENT ONBOARDING RESPONSIBILITY

If your purchased product requires an identity check or onboarding form submission for external platform registration (as mandated by independent course founders), you must complete this form accurately. Gloria Corazza is not liable for delayed platform access resulting from blurry, incomplete, or rejected identity verification documents. Access will remain restricted until valid documentation is supplied.
