4. THIRD-PARTY DATA SHARING (IMPORTANT NOTICE)

For the sole purpose of enabling your enrollment, account creation, and the delivery of the purchased training materials on the external school platform, your onboarding data (including your name, contact info, social handles, and the uploaded copy of your ID document) will be securely transmitted to the course founders and partner platform managers.

The course founders act as independent Data Controllers. They process your data strictly for identity verification and profile activation. They maintain a strict non-disclosure policy and do not share your ID or information with third parties.

5. DATA RETENTION AND IMMEDIATE DELETION POLICY

In strict compliance with the GDPR principle of data minimization (Art. 5(1)(c)), we enforce a rigorous retention policy for sensitive files:

• Your ID document photo is uploaded via an encrypted secure channel.

• This ID file will be permanently and definitively destroyed from our IT systems and Google Drive storage IMMEDIATELY after it is transmitted to the course founders.

• We do not store, archive, or reuse your ID document for any other purpose. Other registration data (email, name) will be kept for the duration of your platform access and legal accounting requirements.

6. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER GDPR

As a resident of the European Union, you hold the following rights regarding your data:

• The right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data.
